Merry Christmas!!

Me wearing reindeer antlers
after we put up the tree.

Since I am staying 'til January/February, I am here for another Christmas!! That means Santa might bring me a big bone or a basket full of toys (stuffed animals!). My trainer has already put up my stocking, (since it smells like treats because I used it last year, I really want to get to it).

I found this picture of me when taking down the Christmas tree last year,
(its all of the lights lit up on me!)
Merry Christmas!

We went to go see the Bee movie a couple weeks ago, & Enchanted a week ago. Of course I had to be bored out of me mind for hours, I never get to see any fun movies. Like Guide dogs are the best & guide dogs rule movies, but no they don't make movies like that (where you get to watch it full screen, not on the TV at home). At least I got to go see fire house dog, but what's with that? Fire dogs get all of the attention at the movies. Let's tell Hollywood its time for a guide dog to be front and center.

So, to me movie theaters are boring!!!! But guess what!!! When Enchanted was over we were leaving, and somebody spilled there whole bag of popcorn on the floor right in front of me! (supper!!!!) But my owner told me "leave it" (yes I was walking with my owner who was in the wheelchair) & I did not even put my head down!!! She was soo happy with me that I got lots of praise!

I have been looking back at older photos taken of me, and at the beginning of the year (in January) I found some pictures of me playing in the snow. I had lots of fun.

She is getting ready to throw a snow ball!

I had soo much fun!

don't I look like a bunny rabbit!

Or a kangaroo

Sure hope it snows again before I go back!

Trainer update

My trainer keeps saying all she wants for Christmas is for me to make it through Graduate school, & for her to get the cast off before Christmas! Well she won't know if I will make it through graduate school for a at least a couple months, but the bone Doctor said that she has a possibility of getting the cast of before Christmas.

I am still helping her around the house (by bringing my toys to her so she can throw them for me!)

That reminds me, here are some photos of me playing vet with my trainer & her sister (yes I am the patient)

Me pretending to be hurt!

Me acting sick on a tie down,
with a broken leg (yes in a cast/ace wrap)

Me & my toy

Dosen't my toy look fun to play with!
It's name is PIG.

I had the best day of my... well not life! But something like that. My whole puppy group came to my farm. We got all of the trainers to bring food, and we all walked around, (okay yes my trainer is still hurt but we took a chance and brought her out of the house in the wheelchair, and yes she wheeled herself and held me! All of the trainers kept saying that I might be cross trained which means I could be a guide dog for a blind and disabled person!).

After I showed all my puppy friends to my farm pals, we had my trainer and trainer's dad hitch the horse to the wagon and give wagon rides!!
Then we shot off guns (yes all of this is exposure's for the dogs).
Our trainers ate, then all the puppy raisers signed there name and there dogs name on my trainer's cast.
Everybody left but one family, (who has a new puppy named Sherman) they let him off lead in the house and we had a blast!! After 5-10 minutes they got the puppy on lead and headed home.

Make sure you look at the photos!!

Body Worlds

I went to Body worlds a couple weeks ago. It is a whole bunch of people with no skin and just bones. (but they did have a really big horse there). The most boring place I have been to, (whether or not its for school, because it has nothing to do with sit, stay, heel, or forward!)

But I did survive becasue my trainer said that in a couple of days we will have ALL of our guide dog group come to my house, if I am good!

So make sure you check that post out!

Its fair time; the third time!!

Now that I have gone to a horse show and a goat show, I have gone to a fiber fair!!!! My trainer showed a angora goat there, and won third. (make sure you look at the picture of it with a jacket on since it got its hair taken off!!)

The fair had bunny rabbits, but everything else was FIBER... well, and yarn, spinning wheels, knitting things, and some other weird stuff.

Don't forget to look at the fiber fair photos!!

I bet a lot of you people (and dogs!) are wondering why I have not done a post for a while. It's because of my trainer, you see she was in a accident because a horse fell on her while she was riding. And since she can't get to the computer very easily she dosen't have any time to check my spelling. (well and unlock it so I can get on!!) Now she thought it would be good for me to quickly update my blog.

I can't wait to see all of the comments (if I am ever going to get back on!)
