Enough about entering the giveaway... on to how the WINNERS will be picked.
We need your ideas, my raiser is just planning on doing the boring "random.org" thing... but I want to do something cool.
Have an idea?? Feel free to leave it in a comment!
Some things we've tried before... that didn't work:
-Popping balloons (Um... I picked to many to pop)
-Picking a numbered piece of paper (since I'm in training to be a guide dog... I know I'm not suppose to touch paper - so that doesn't work!)
-Putting comment numbers on exact toys and me picking just 1 (haha... seeing from my last giveaway/contest - I wanted EVERYONE to win... as I picked up all the toys)
-Putting comment numbers on treats (everyone knows that you have to eat ALL of the treats)
So, excluding the above ideas... let me know what you've got!
Remember, 2 winners will be picked - if we don't decide a "cool way" to do it... my raiser will just go with the "random.org" thing.

We're not much help. When Mom only has a few to choose from, Fudge picks a piece of paper, but when there are lots, she uses the random thingy.

We've tried most of the ways you've mentioned too. We didn't have much success either. Now we just pull names out of a hat, nothing exciting to help you I'm afraid!

Wow... this is a tough one... How about asking a two legger Bean/Pup to choose. OR you could go to one of the places you need to practice... and ask somebuddy THERE to pick a name.

Maybe you could go with the paper idea, and instead of having him pick one, you could have Rudy drop a pencil or a pointer of some sort on the papers. And then whichever piece of paper the tip of the pencil is closest to is the winner? Or there's always random.org. ;-)
So glad you're back from the swap. We used the names on paper but you aren't supposed to do that so we would go with random.org. Unless someone comes up with a more fun idea.
think think think.. my brain is asleep right now. how about under a cup? or you the tennis balls in a tin muffin pan and put the names under those. first ball out of the pan wins? i dunno know.

You could go on a walk and assign a number to different distractions. The first one Rudy is distracted by could be the number that wins the giveaway...of course this would take a long time because Rudy is such a good boy. :)
Other than that I can't think of any fun and creative ways to come up with a winner.
