Today was my very first birthday! I turned the big ole "1 year". That's right, I'm officially a year old, along with all my cuddly siblings.
To celebrate, my raiser will be taking me on my very own shopping spree!! I'm in need of some new tasty treats, and a few new toys too...

And now, he's not only a nice handsome dog - he's also serving as a Search & Rescue dog! 
I'm so proud of my boy :) A (very) quick recap with the dates/months of when Toby came/left/graduated... We first picked up Toby on May 30th 2009, and he didn't return to the guide dog school till April 16th 2010. In October 2010 I heard that Toby was being Career changed due to allergies, but would hopefully be working as a service dog. In November 2010 I got the email telling me Toby's allergies were so severe, that he was going to be adopted out as a pet. BUT in December 2010 I was surprised with the news, that Toby would be heading into the "Search & Rescue" work! Toby decided after all, that working was way more important then his allergies! I would like to wish Toby the best of luck with his job, and... a very HAPPY BIRTHDAY TOBY! I love (and miss) you :) Rudy's (and Toby's) Raiser
My raiser is planning on letting me open gifts AND eat doggy cake (made by her) later today... pictures will be posted tomorrow :)
I also received some furry cool birthday cards in the mail... which I'll be posting about tomorrow!
My furry cool raiser let me help make the cake yesterday morning... and I did a good job at making sure she used the right ingredients... of course, licking the bowl/etc is included :)
Soo - lets get this birthday party started, I'll be sure to give a full detailed description tomorrow, on how my party turned out - and how many furry cool guests came!
But fur now, PARTY ON!

The gifts I received are: A pawesome throw toy from my Raiser, a cool "spa" gift set from my Raiser, 2 really tasty gift bags from people in puppy class and a cupcake from another Raiser!
P.S. Lola & Booker Man (maybe others - I don't remember!) passed along these pawesome awards to me (thank you!) - I will hand them out to other people in another post - as my Raiser wants to go to bed soon! Thanks guys for the awards, I love receiving things!
