Newest Friends

One of my raiser's "dairy goats" just delivered twin girls Friday evening (born on April 1st!).

And she promised me I'd get some playtime with the new little guys.... next thing I know, these 2 little babies are SLEEPING inside with us. (I think my raiser might love them more than me...) But I do have to say, that these little guys are soo cute in diapers!

My raiser does have to make sure I play calmly... evidently I can be a little "ruff" sometimes, but she says I'm treating my new roommates very nicely.

**Please note, that my raiser does bottle raise all of our baby goats, as it keeps the babies really friendly, and then she gets all the milk from the adult goats - and the main reason the babies are inside, is the fact that it's to cold outside for them right now**

My Pizza Cook (and a sad GOOD BYE to Big Al)

For all my current readers, you know that Rudy has been participating in a "puppy swap" in our guide dog group. (for 2 weeks - all the raiser's swap dogs, which helps with the dogs training and much more!) .

Rudy will be coming back tomorrow (after our guide dog meeting) and Al will be heading home.

**I've got many more pictures of Al, that I've not had time to let Al post... so we will be doing a couple more posts about him, next week, complete with pictures!

Onto my awesome Pizza Cook helper...

Tonight, is PIZZA NIGHT at our house (we make our VER OWN pizza) and Al has decided to "help" with some things...

He was a great helper... by NOT tasting AND ignoring the pizza/dough!

But he did seem to get a "little" bit of flour on his face (trust me, it was an accident... but makes for very cute pictures!).

Please make sure to leave a comment saying good bye to Al - he does leave tomorrow morning and I know will miss all of you!

I'll miss him for sure, but I will be doing a couple posts with pictures of him next week (Um... I never got the time to post all the pictures of Al!)

PLAYDATE!

My furry cool raiser set up a play date for today with my cool buddy Tracker (who I've not played with in months!).
Tracker is our neighbor's Black Mouth Cur. dog - he's a little older than me, but we are about the same size.
We had a playdate back in July 2010, but then my raiser got furry busy - and never had time to take me over again. She decided (starting in 2011) that she would try to set up some playdates with Tracker.
My first 2011 playdate was today - and we had loads of fun! I was there for (about) 1 hour - my raiser read science while us 2 pups played (having to look up from her book every 2 seconds - to make sure we were playing nicely!). It would be even better with more dogs - but I'm still happy to be able to play with Tracker!
All in all we both had loads of fun today, of course I slept right when we got back home :)

Playdate... ME?

Remember Tracker? The cute little male black mouth cur pup. He's now a 5 month old puppy - who needs a friend!

The family had another large dog, but due to some horrible aggressive issues she had to be put down. Which leave Tracker lonely - as the little dog they have, doesn't care to play with him.


So? My raiser had an idea of bringing me over to his house to play... I'm only 1 month younger, and we get along so perfect together! (okay, not PERFECT... but at least a "little" bit!).

Today was our first "playdate" and we played for over an hour! It was a blast and I get to go back tomorrow!
(My raiser does stay over with us while we play in the fenced in yard - and she doesn't let us ruff house either - always thinking about safety!)

On to PLAYTIME!
My Raiser has been wanting a dog fence so she could let me play off leash outside - but as of now we won't be building one anytime soon :(
My Raiser decided to try me in one of her GOAT fences... and see if maybe I would leave the goats alone and just play. Well I've been in the fence 4 times now and I LOVE IT!! (see pictures below).
I tried to chase the goats - but once my Raiser told me "no", I decided chasing toys is much more fun! I'm enjoying exercising daily off leash, and I'm soo happy my Raiser decided to try me in a goat fence!

Do any of you guys remember the name of this blog?? Here I'll help you -

It starts with "Toby's" which means it's MY blog, do you get why my trainer keeps posting on it?? Because I sure don't!

They still have no idea what's wrong with me - but I am "enjoying" getting 3 pills each day!

My trainer drove me and her family to a "Charlotte's Web play" that her friend was in.  I really enjoyed it - I got to see some really odd costumes, someone was even dressed up as a pig! (guess that would make sense).

My trainer took a couple pictures of me- but none during the play/or of the play.
